Cabbage Wrap Recipe


By now y'all should know that i am lover of cabbage and  i try as much as possible to incorporate in most of my meals. so today's recipe is Cabbage Wrap. Cabbage wrap is healthy, very easy to make, calorie friendly, yummy and it is nutrition dense. It can serve as breakfast
with your cup of preferred tea and also lunch/dinner with a glass of fresh juice.

INGREDIENTS
  1. 1 large cabbage leaf.
  2. 1/2 cup of shredded boiled/grilled/roasted chicken.
  3. 1/3 cup of sliced green pepper.
  4. 1 cup of grated carrot.
  5. 1/2 cup of sliced onions.
  6. 1/2 table spoon of olive oil.
  7. 1/3 cup of sliced tomatoes.
  8. 1/3 cup of sliced cabbage.
  9. Thyme.
  10. Curry.
  11. Preferred seasoning.
PREPARATION
  • Using low heat, add oil to a pan, a pinch of salt, onions, shredded chicken and allow to cook for 3 mins.
  • add carrot, tomatoes, green pepper, sliced cabbage, thyme, curry, seasoning and stir and allow for another 3-4 mins.
  • wash cabbage leaf and divide into two,
  • add stir-fry to both cabbage leaves and wrap.
