Yummy and Healthy 285 Calories Smoothie

A smoothie is a combination of blended raw fruits which results to a thick beverage. A smoothie can either be in form of fruit smoothie or vegetable smoothie and here is a yummy 285 calories smoothie.

  • 2 cups of chopped watermelon (94 calories)
  • 1 cup of chopped pineapple (82 calories)
  • 1 small banana (90 calories)
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger (19 calories)
  • In a blender, add the watermelon, pineapple, banana, ginger and blend.
