It's a new week and am sure you have certain goals planned out already. To achieve those goals you have to plan ahead by prepping your meals or have the necessary groceries available to avoid eating the wrong food.

If you can't afford a gym or don't feel like going to one, below are daily workout guide you can do in the comfort of your home. 

If you can't complete the rounds at once, you can split it by doing part in the morning and the other in the evening.

    1. Burpees is a high intensity workout. It is done by staying in a squat position, push both knees to the back, do a push up, return back to the squat position and jump.
